The Fulvy Mill

The Moulin de Fulvy is an old flour mill dating from 1850. The layout of the house makes it an ideal choice for groups, families with children or a large family. The house has been renovated with style and equipped with all modern comforts. The main common areas are the main dining room with open kitchen, a living/reading room with books, games and a TV, and an entrance that gives access to the garden and terrace. The space The Grain Loft is located on the 2nd floor. There are four bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It is accessible by a large staircase from the central hall. The Papillon suite is located on the 1st floor, in the southeast part of the house and consists of a comfortable living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Moulin de Fulvy is an independent property, surrounded by an arm of the Armançon River. The millstream passes just below the house. The garden (2500 m2) is located at the back and side of the house. There is ample parking in the driveway. The terrace is the full length of the house, and is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner, with tables, outdoor seating and parasols. On one side of the terrace you will find the garden furniture, a comfortable corner in the shade with pretty cushions. In the garden there are swings and plenty of game accessories and in high season (July and August) an above-ground pool. The terrace outbuilding has lots of garden accessories, bikes, including kids bikes that are perfect for biking along the canal.
