The house has been stylishly renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. The main common areas are the main dining room with open kitchen, a living /reading room with books, games and a TV, and an entrance that gives access to the garden and the terrace. The space Loft de Grain is on the 2nd floor. There are four bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. It is accessible by a large staircase from the central lobby. The Papillon suite is located on the 1st floor, in the southeast part of the house and consists of a comfortable living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. Le Moulin de Fulvy is independently owned, surrounded by an arm of the Armançon River. The mill stream passes just underneath the house. The garden (2500 m2) is located at the back and side of the house. There is ample parking on the driveway. The outbuilding of the terrace has many garden accessories, bikes including children's bikes which are perfect for cycling along the canal. A railway line passes 100 m from the garden with an uncommon and not very disturbing passage. Guest access The whole house is accessible.
