The space Set in an idyllic woodland garden location on the slopes of the Conwy Valley and near the Snowdonia National Park, Betws-y-Coed and Conwy. With a public footpath and bridleway running through the property and easy access to Snowdonia National Park; it is perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The Nook is a self contained holiday suite attached to our home. It has a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable king size bed sitting room, Netflix ready smart TV, FreeSat, DVD Player, comfy sofa, WiFi, nice dressing table area or somewhere for your laptop and plenty of wardrobe space. Bed linens and towels as well as tea towels for the kitchen are provided, and we also provide a few basic essentials and additional cleaning supplies. There's a full oven, two burner hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery... most things you find in a kitchen. The views from the bedroom windows are stunning and there is also a sun patio with lovely views over the Snowdonia National Park, the Conwy valley and our extensive gardens. Guest access The Nook is a self contained holiday suite attached to our home. It has a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable king size bed sitting room, sun patio and off road parking. There are a few steps from the rugged gravel parking area, and as such isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a quarter mile private lane/driveway from the main A470 - this is single farm track with a grass verge running up the centre, travellers with low slung vehicles, sports cars or motorbikes should take extra care. A car is essential for getting around, no buses or taxis. Other things to note Although all one level, the property is accessed via steps from the gravel parking area, and as such isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a quarter mile private lane/driveway from the main A470 - this is single track with a grass verge running up the centre, travellers with low slung vehicles, sports cars and motorbikes should take extra care. Just so as you are aware you might see other guests along the path as we have three self contained holiday properties listed within our extensive gardens, each with their own outdoor spaces and between 25 -100 yards apart, The Nook, Bluebell Cottage, Cosy Caravan and Peaceful Paddock Caravan.
