The space → Our home is an 18 m2 studio in a residential area 25 km from Paris. It is located in an outbuilding on our 2000 m2 wooded property. It is ideal for a couple looking for a peaceful haven or a professional preferring the comfort of our studio to a hotel. ➤ The accommodation is completely non-smoking (indoors and outdoors). ➤ The accommodation is also prohibited for parties or noisy evenings. We want the tranquility on our property to remain! Do you want to travel with friends, family and keep your independence while being right next door? A second rental accommodation is available for your use! → Our studio, totally independent with private garden, is not overlooked. It is composed of: • A living room/dining room and open kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped to provide you with maximum comfort. The open kitchen has all the necessary elements for preparing meals (microwave, induction stove, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster). Our small cocooning studio combines simplicity and modernity. This living room is furnished with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. You will also have TV and internet access via Wi-Fi. We leave at your disposal the basic elements such as sugar, salt, pepper, tea, herbal teas... in order to offer you maximum comfort upon your arrival. So you'll have everything you need to make breakfast. Of course, all these little touches are free. The accommodation is without shoes. Thank you for respecting our request. • A bathroom with storage, shower and toilet Our bathroom has all the amenities you need to satisfy you. Towels, bath mats and bathrobes are available. We also provide linens and towels free of charge. • A Jacuzzi with a pricing option Our jacuzzi is a high-end model from the Softub brand. On the terrace, in the open air, you can escape through balneotherapy. Feel the combination of heat and massage with our spa that soothes the body and mind, health and mind. To enjoy these moments of pleasure, here are the terms: The hot tub is available for your use all year round (summer and winter) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with direct access from your accommodation. The rate for all guests for the duration of the stay (1 to 2 nights) is a flat rate of 35 euros. Beyond 2 nights, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional night. The jacuzzi option is to be taken or not for the entire duration of the stay. Payment will be made on-site upon check-in. • A terrace with private garden The birdsong will help you open your eyes before going to breathe the sweet scent of our wooded park in the company of your companion during a short morning walk in the garden. Guest access ➤ We always prioritize check-in with guests. → To organize the check-in, we need to know your arrival time. Please let us know by SMS 30 minutes before your arrival. When you arrive on site you have a bell on the right at the gate. → Only in case of our absence, a lockbox is available at the entrance to the property. We will provide you with the code to open the lockbox if necessary. The key to the gate and the housing door is inside. Other things to note No shoes allowed in the accommodation. The Accommodation is completely non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the accommodation must be left perfectly clean upon departure. We strive to provide you with a very clean accommodation before your arrival. At the time of your departure, we kindly ask that you return the accommodation to us just as clean. The accommodation is to be returned in the same state of cleanliness as for check-in, ensuring in particular tidying up furniture, items and dishes. It is your responsibility to wash the dishes, cutlery and utensils used to put them back in their place. Sheets and linens are to be put in the shower room in the basket. A container with a brown lid is available for household waste at the gate. After booking via Airbnb messaging, we require a government-issued ID (front and back) for each occupant of the listing. The reservation involves the deposit of a security deposit of €300. It is an extra-secure solution, which simply allows you to deposit your security deposit online, without any debit or impact on your limit. To deposit your security deposit, just click on the link of the email and SMS that you will receive after the validation of your reservation. You will not be charged the amount requested, but you authorize this charge in case of any problems. The Jacuzzi (optional) is a private space. The jacuzzi is available for your use all year round (summer and winter) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and this directly from your accommodation. This option is offered at the following rates.
