Attic room, ON THE SECOND FLOOR, private bathroom EXTERNAL, at the FIRST FLOOR. 5 min walk from the train station and from the beach (for a fee) 15 min ride to a FREE beach Wi-fi, AC (from May to Spet) included. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer in the room. There are cats. Parking close by for 8 € a day or free at 15/20 minutes by foot. Showing a ID document is mandatory to check in. The space This is a perfect starting point for taking either day trips or longer tours all over Tuscany. The room is at the SECOND floor, PRIVATE bathroom is external, at the FIRST floor. The house lies at the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk from the train station and the bus. Just a stroll away from home and you reach the seafront and the beach. Less than 100 meters away is the entrance to the city's largest park, where to go jogging, or stop for a drink in the bars open in the spring and summer. The city is 15 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca, 40 min from Cinque Terre (La Spezia) and an hour and half from Florence. Guest access TO CHECK IN YOU PREVIOUSLY WILL BE ASKED TO SHOW A VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT such as PASSPORT, or IDENTITY CARD. The room is on the second floor, there is no elevator. During your stay Im constantly at the disposal through phone with my guests. I live in the same building so I am most of the time phisically there. I let my guests decide the interactions to have with me. It is my pleasure to have a chat either everyone especially with solo travellers.
