Marners Rock No 3 is a rare find. Lovingly refurbished to an exacting standard to provide the ultimate luxurious apartment with uninterrupted view over the Fowey Estuary and out to sea. A lovely stroll to the centre of Fowey for shopping and dining. Sleeps 6 in two doubles (one ensuite) and one twin room. The open plan kitchen/living space with ample seating, big TV and gas log effect fire all with a view out to sea . Parking for 2 cars. Upto 2 dogs permitted for a small extra charge. The space The apartment, located on the first floor of an old Victorian hotel benefits from uninterrupted views from the kitchen/living room which is where you are likely to spend most of your time. It has been recently refurbished to the highest of standards with quality furniture, fittings and original artwork. The bedrooms are to the rear of the property but are beautifully interior designed with high comfortable beds with high quality linen and bedding provided. No detail has been overlooked including fluffy towels and Bamford bathroom products. Tea/Coffee and a selection of cooking ingredients all provided as well as a Welcome selection of goodies enabling immediate relaxation as soon as you arrive. Guest access The apartment is totally self contained and 100% for the use of our guests. Obviously it is an apartment so the common areas are shared with other guests of other owners but the building is primarily let to holiday makers. There is a privately owned (but shared) garden at the back of the building but this is rarely used as the best views are from the front and from the private terrace fronting the apartment. The two principal bedrooms offer luxurious super king sized beds and the third bedroom is a "cabin" providing a more alternative style but still with extremely comfortable beds. This cabin can double up as a separate TV room for the younger generation not wishing to listen to adult "boring talking"! Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome but we request that owners bring their own blankets and ensure that dogs do not sit on sofas or enter the bedrooms. There is a fee for dogs of £50 per visit and the limit is 2 dogs unless otherwise agreed.
