Charming mountain cottage

Our house is a cute Old Tahoe cottage from the 50's that is fresh & well maintained. Large yard, on the Westshore a mile S. of Tahoe City, close Palisades & Alpine. Perfect for families & great as a quiet mountain getaway. NO PETS, WEDDINGS, GATHERINGS OR PARTIES. Please don’t ask or try to sneak one in. We live in the neighborhood & we will know. AWD or 4WD with snow tires or chains necessary in winter Please see below for rental min. during holidays. The space This 1950's cottage is a fresh version of Old Tahoe. Comfortable, relaxed and fun on a large sunny, 1 acre lot. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms 1 king bed 1 queen bed 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Large yard Hot tub Gas BBQ available summer only and fire regulations permitting WiFi Waffle maker, crock pot, coffee maker, mixer blender, serving platters, wine glasses, regular dish ware) Firewood (in the winter only) W/D Clawfoot bathtub Snow removal The yard is great for hanging out in, but NO PARTIES, strictly enforced. 15 minutes to Olympic Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood (without traffic), less than 5 minutes to Tahoe City and Sunnyside, 30 minutes to Nothstar (without traffic). We are available on an as needed basis. We live in the neighborhood and are available if necessary. Neighborhood is on the Westshore, walking distance to Tahoe City and Sunnyside in the summer. It's close to mountain biking trails and the bike path. In the winter, easy access to Homewood, Squaw and Alpine and a quick drive to Tahoe City. Bus stop for the TART Bus in both south and north directions is about a 1 minute walk. Guest access Whole house and private yard, lots of parking, private hot tub. Other things to note 1 week (7 days)minimum required for the week during the 4th of July. 4 day minimum over Thanksgiving 1 week (7 days) minimum required for Christmas and New Years break. Sorry, no refunds for weather. AWD or 4WD with snow tires or chains necessary in winter to make it up road and driveway to house. NO Charcoal BBQ’s are allowed in the Tahoe Basin, bbq in summer is usable if fire restrictions allow. Absolutely no outdoor fire pits allowed. House does not have air conditioning.
