Main floor laundry and large eat in kitchen as well as living room ALL NEW. You have use of the full grounds, room to explore, trees, and an open field, play volleyball, badminton, croquette, practice your putting, or even play a softball game..so much room in our grassy side yard! No large parties or underage drinking will be tolerated. A very safe & quiet street, very little traffic, in the Hills by Fontenelle Forest. Walk up to the forest in about 4-5 minutes, or drive to the Zoo in 8 minutes, striaght down 13th street! The kitchen and bathrooms are new and remodeled, all stainless modern appliances & ammenities for your enjoyment! Come relax and play at our forest oasis with room for everyone to enjoy! Extra sports equipment& air mattress upon request. The property has plenty of room for your vehicles in the double driveway. Uber and other transportation is recommend. I do allow RV’s and campers with advance notice. The layout on the main floor is very accessible for most people with mobility issues. NO STEPS for 1st floor guests. Bathrooms are very spacious as well. This is a peaceful property on 1.3 acres. You will enjoy peace and quiet with an occasional train whistle in the distance & the smell of the baked goods in the AM from Sara Lee Bakery near by. Deer are often seen on the property, even sleeping in our field. New high chair & pack and play available. Sorry no garage parking. Outdoor sports equipment available, just ask.
