The space Located in the heart of Valle d`Itria, and only at 5 Km from the nearest sandy beach of the Adriatic Coast, this enchanting, restored Resort welcomes its guests providing six bedrooms, each with bathroom, large swimming pool and many comforts for a relaxing holiday. A fund of 26 acres surrounds a very well kept garden in which thrones a child-friendly pool of 200 square meters. The Resort is composed of different units: the main central Villa, the trulli and a dependance. The interiors are furnished in a luxurious yet traditional style dominated by the elegant handcrafted textiles, rustic appeal wood, exposed stone walls and vaults. The main building is developed on two levels. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge area with fireplace and a spacious dining room communicating with the large kitchen, perfect for large groups,and served by two toilets. On the same level are two double bedrooms with a bathroom / shower room. On the first floor are two more bedrooms with en-suite bath / shower and balconies to enjoy the view on the property. Adjacent to the pool are the two trulli, one of which hosts the fifth bedroom, a master bedroom suite with sitting area and luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi. The other trullo is used as a bar at complete disposal of guests. In a small detached guest house is the sixth bedroom with bath / shower. Each bedroom has a square and a half sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or two children...perfect solution for groups of families and friends up to a maximum of 18 adults. The distance from the nearest town (Ceglie) is only 5 km and the distance from the nearest sandy beach on the Adriatic (Torre Guaceto and Villanova) is 20 minutes by car.With just a few more minutes car you can opt for the Ionian coast, which is best when the north wind blows.
