It is easily accessible from the main square which also serves as a public parking lot, very convenient for loading and unloading luggage, but not usable on holidays. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with an additional single bed, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchen with all amenities and a bathroom. The space The apartment, completely renovated, is located in a position that offers both a view of the surrounding countryside from the terrace, and a glimpse of the historic center with the Town Hall, the Church with the bell tower, the arch with the clock and some of the many renowned murals that make the town unique and typical. Simply furnished but with attention to small details, it offers guests a peaceful and relaxing stay, away from the hectic noise of the city. When the village wakes up in the morning, you can breathe in the scent of freshly baked bread, hear the sounds of nature and, at certain times of the year, the scent of calicantus flowers rising from the neighboring garden. The apartment is accessed by climbing three steps, after which it is entirely on one level. It consists of a spacious living room with sofa, TV cabinet and dining area, a kitchen with terrace equipped with various dishes and breakfast table, a bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a small corner used as a washing machine area and closet/storage room. It is equipped with all comforts: underfloor heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, oven (microwave and electric), dishwasher, Wi-Fi and TV.
