Yellow Apartment - former hayloft

Renovated in 2010 (from former hay barn) private apartment adjacent to 100 year old family home. Facilities are modest and decor is simple, but it is clean, comfortable and excellently located very close walking distance to Bled town centre and lake. The space A comfortable home for 2, this mini apartment has an open kitchen/living space with lots of natural light. The kitchen area has a fridge, sink, kettle and 2 hotplates plus basic utensils.. Living area has double sofa-bed, book exchange and lots of information - maps, flyers and a big folder full of our personal recommendations to help you make the most of your stay. Stairs lead to main sleeping area above, with 2 single beds. Bathroom has WC, washbasin and shower. Guest access Free WiFi, but please note, our WiFi signal is not amazing. It is good enough for basic domestic use, but it is definitely not reliable for professional use (streaming, video calls or using multiple devices simultaneously may be very frustrating). Also, the signal sometimes drops completely when there are electrical storms near. We have some parking beside the house, but it is subject to availability so please let us know in advance if you are bringing a car with you. Other things to note We are located next door to a youth hostel. We have never had any problems with them, they don't play loud music or have late night parties. However in the summer they are very busy so there is inevitable noise of people (talking, vacuuming, rubbish being taken out) sometimes early in the morning, sometimes people talking or make phone calls in the street late at night. Nothing chaotic or threatening, but if you are sensitive to night-time noise you might prefer to look for a less central location, especially in July or August. Our WiFi signal is not amazing. PLEASE NOTE- there is a mandatory local tourist tax of 3.13€ per adult, per night, WHICH MUST BE PAID IN CASH, OR VIA AIRBNB RESOLUTIONS, ON OR BEFORE ARRIVAL (50% discount for children aged 7-17 years,under 7 years not taxed).
