Description

Our area is an outdoor paradise; we have world-class skiing in winter and hiking and mountain biking trails in summer. Kayaking on nearby lakes and ponds provides refreshing adventure. While equestrian events highlight the areas connection to horseback riding. Unique shops Inviting exploration of special treasures. With national parks nearby, the stunning scenery is preserved, ensuring endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. Whether seeking thrills or tranquility, we have it here. The space I have been told by family and friends that the apartment is very comfortable. We do accept dogs. Our insurance prohibits us from accepting aggressive breeds, Dobermans, pit bulls, or shepherds. Dogs must be housebroken and the owner must clean up after the dogs inside and outside. As we have other apartments on the property I must ask that you keep your dog on a leash when out in the yard. The cost of this rental is as posted for two people, there is an additional charge of $ 50 per person per night over the two people. Please make sure you have reserved for the correct amount of people Guest access The apartment is completely separate from our living space. the apartment takes up the downstairs of the house, It is 1500 square feet. it has its own entry and parking. Guests may access anything in the apartment. In the winter months, the parking is limited to two cars. Guests will need snow tires during the winter months if you arrive with summer tires in the winter, and need additional sanding for you to get in and out. There will be charges of $50, per trip from the snowplow guy. If you have snow tires and at least front-wheel drive you will not have a problem getting into the property. There are NO cameras anywhere inside or outside the apartment. We live on the other side of the house. Other things to note Very important, if it is winter you absolutely NEED winter snow tires, we are on a back dirt town road with a hill. Whether you are looking to be part of a marathon, a bike race, a special photography class or events being held in the area. Nana's House is perfectly located in the 10-acre woods on a dead-end dirt road where your busy day is quieted by the trees and birds that wake you after a busy day. Your best friends (dogs) love Nana's house too because there is so much room to run and play. We do love dogs, however I must tell you I have four separate units here on the property so if you bring a dog they must be on a leash when outside of the apartment. I also cannot accept aggressive breeds such as Pitbulls. There are about 4 steps to get into the front door, then the space is all on one level.
