Description

Beautiful property situated in El Rincón, with a private terrace and solarium, only 5 minutes from La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. Very well communicated and with asphalted access to the property. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the shade of an avocado tree while listening to the birds or get a great tan on the solarium where the sun goes from early morning until late afternoon while enjoying magnificent views of the Teide, the mountains and the ocean. The space This beautiful house with a solarium and large terrace of 20m2, located in a large natural space, is ideal for couples, as it has capacity for 2 people, with a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. It also has a folding auxiliary bed that could accommodate a third person with a small build. From the comfortable bedroom, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with barbecue area, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the shade of an avocado tree while listening to the birds singing. You can also access the solarium with views of the mountains, the Teide and the Atlantic Ocean, with sun from morning to afternoon, perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings. It has a spacious and modern bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious and beautiful living-dining room, where you will find two comfortable sofas and a 40’ TV. It also has Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking, portable heater and private parking, for greater comfort. Located just 2 minutes from the TF-5, the main motorway that connects the North with the rest of the Island, making it easy to plan your visits to the main tourist sites. On the other hand, the finca is only a 25 - 30 min walk from some of the most spectacular black sand beaches in the North (Bollullo, Los Patos and El Ancón). It is also the best place to plan hiking routes. Guest access The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, Italian coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair depending on availability and much more. Other things to note About the Beaches. Close by you have three of the most beautiful black sand beaches of the north of the Island. “Bollullo” and “Los Patos” are the closest (20-25 minutes walking) and “El Ancon” is 5-10 min further. They all have good access; just follow the road down to Restaurante San Diego, then Bollullo will be to the left and the other 2 to the right. Be aware that all three are potentially dangerous beaches because of the strong waves and currents. It is recommended to bathe in the shore, bathe only where you see locals doing it and be careful. Bollullo is the most popular and has a fantastic restaurant on top with views over the beach, coast and the Atlantic Ocean. It is the perfect place to have a nice dinner while enjoying a sunset during the summer months or lunch after the beach, or just a nice cold beer. There is also has a cocktail bar at the beach where you can have drinks and light snacks/tapas. Los Patos is my favourite. Black sand, not crowded and crystal clear water. In the winter months and with rough sea it is better to go during low tide. There is a new stairway inaugurated last September 2022. It can be accessed from Playa Bollullo or a trail through the Barranco del Pino which is the shortest route. You can ask us and we can show you. El Ancon is the furthest but the access is good and has a trail on the edge of the cliff with beautiful views of “Playa de Los Patos” and the entire shore line from Puerto de La Cruz to Santa Ursula. However this beach tends to disappear in the winter months. To get there, follow the road to “Restaurante San Diego” then make a right and follow the road. When you get to the end, on the left, there is a narrow trail with farm walls on both sides and at the end starts an open trail on the edge of the cliffs with spectacular views. The trail is not dangerous and following it, takes you to the beach. You have to pass a big house (abandoned) and take the stairs that you will find on your left as you pass the house. In Puerto de la Cruz you can swim at “Playa Jardín” and “Playa Martianez” you can also swim in “San Telmo” or enjoy the natural salt water pools of “Lago Martianez” a beautiful complex designed by the famous canarian architect Cesar Manrrique. Not far past Los Realejos you have “Playa del Socorro”, a beautiful black sand beach with lifeguard on duty that ensures that people swim where it’s safe; away from the natural currents that are so dangerous and common in the northern beaches. If you want a 100% safe white sand beach all year round, I would recommend you go to Las Teresitas in Santa Cruz (about 40 min drive). There are places to eat there, showers, changing rooms and bathrooms. Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
