Studio apartment with a panorama lake view

A great view across lake Näsijärvi from the top floor of a 100+ year old house in Pispala. This apartment has a small double bed (note! only 140 cm wide), dining table and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower, hair care and styling products and a dryer. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker (filter) and microwave oven. Curtains are available for all windows. The space There are train tracks near the house, but train noise is mostly dampened by the windows. However if you sleep very lightly we recommend ear plugs. Other things to note - Train tracks pass the building. - No air conditioning, and the apartment is warmer than usual on a hot summer day, or colder than usual on a cold winter day. Leaving the side windows' curtains closed during a summer day and opening the windows themselves in the evening is advised. The apartment can also be colder than usual on a cold or windy winter day. - No pets. We want the apartment to also be available for guests with allergies.
