Located right by the Ferrari Garden in the heart of old town Štanjel. On a separate part of the ground floor there is a larger common room to spend your free time. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a toilette, a living room, wifi TV, a terrace and a small garden with beautiful panoramic view. On the 1st floor you will find a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, every with 4 beds and also equipped with one baby cot. We can offer also an accomodated house office. Outdoor jacuzzi on request. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, a toilette, a living room ( there you have also a cauch with extented double bed 160 cm or just single 80 cm) , wifi TV, a terrace and a small garden with beautiful panoramic view. On the 1st floor you will find a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, every with 4 beds and also equipped with one baby cot. First bedroom has one double bed 180 cm ( consisted from 2 beds 90 cm) and on its top another single bed 90 cm. In the second part of te room there is another french bed 140 cm and possible to extend another single outside of it for the floor. Second bedroom has one double matrimonial bed 160 and behind the room wall another double 160 cm or just as single 80 cm. In the corner there is a cauch as additional bed as well, where one person could sleep. We can offer also an accomodated house office. In office there is another cauch possible to extend in a double bed 160 cm. We offer also outdoor jacuzzi with jet water massage on request ( from april - oktober ) Guest access You rent and stay in all the house just you and alone as have also outside parts just for you, why owner or host are not living in this house. Other things to note You can rent also an old Karst chamber in the second part of the house, for social events, private parties etc.: 100 € / day / event 2–4 hours 60 € / day / event up to 2 hours The 1st floor features an Office as well used as “Therapy Room” ”, equipped also with a massage table, where therapeutic treatments and different healing massages are offered to guests upon prior request. Minumum of nights: 3 Out of season with supplements also for 1 night: +50 % or 2 nights: +30 % Extra supplements: tourist tax 2€/person/night. Included in price: bedding, towels
