Culver House is set on the top of the cliffs of Shanklin boasting amazing sunrise views, rainbows, pink skies and a beautiful turquoise sea. The palm trees in the garden offer a nice tropical feel. The house was redone in recent years and has all the luxury you need, underfloor heating, electric blinds, a fully equipped kitchen, surround sound system. The house and local area are very child friendly. We use it ourselves with two young children so expect a "live in" feel. The space The house is comprised of four bedrooms: - Our master bedroom downstairs with sea view and a super king size bed and its ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. One wardrobe available. - Our guest bedroom downstairs with sea view and a king size bed and its ensuite bathroom with a shower. Some wardrobe space available. - A third bedroom with a king size bed downstairs facing the entrance side of the house so no sea view and its ensuite bathroom with a shower. Small drawers offering some storage. - Our fourth bedroom upstairs with an IKEA day bed that converts into a full double bed, facing the beach path with partial sea view. The bathroom with shower is adjacent to it. It is a small room with almost no storage space. You will find a laundry room downstairs with a washer and a dryer. We have a babybjorn travel cot in the house you can use. Upstairs is a large open plan kitchen / dining room / living room area. We have kids toys, legos, puzzles. The terrace has a barbecue and a table with chairs. We keep the house as adult friendly as possible but you can feel there are children living in it. Guest access The entire space is accessible Other things to note We use the house ourselves every few weeks so you can expect to find clothes in the wardrobes, books, kids toys, pictures on the walls, kitchen cupboards with cookies you can help yourselves to :-). The place will always look tidy and spacious for your stay though. But if you are looking for a hotel feel with no personal items, Culver House will not be right for you.
