After a busy day of exploring the beauty of Tagaytay, our cozy nest is the perfect place for your staycation. It is located across Serin Mall where you can find everything you need. Just a few kilometers away from tourist destinations like Picnic Grove, Sky Ranch, etc. Chilling out is not even a problem because there are fantastic restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. The space Our studio unit is located on the 11th floor with a view of the Taal volcano. What can you expect: Free WIFI Access Enjoy NETFLIX and YOUTUBE with our 40" SMART TV Double/Full-Size Bed with a fresh bed sheet Our Kitchen is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, and essential tableware (NO COOKING) Dining Table Bathroom (with water heater and bidet) Fresh Bath Towels Complimentary Toiletries (Slippers, Shampoo, Soap, Dental Kit) Complimentary Coffee Guest access CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-In: 2:00-6:00 PM ‬Note: check-in beyond 6 pm is subject to an additional transportation fee to be paid directly to the caretaker Check-out: 12:00‬ NN‬ Parking Slot: Covered Parking at the Lower Ground of the building. Subject to availability. Please let me know when you're booking your stay. Parking Fee - P350 per night to be settled in cash upon check-out. Another parking location is at the Ayala Malls Serin across the condominium building for a P350 overnight parking fee. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is open from 7 am - 630pm (closed every 12nn -1 pm for cleaning) Rates: P100/head on weekdays P150/head weekends and Holidays Mini Playground: Accessible Daily from 7:00 AM onward Viewing Deck: Common view deck areas are located on the 8th and 11th floors. Other things to note Any damages in the unit and stains to beddings and towels will be charged accordingly. Please see posted rate in the unit. Lost Key Fee- P1,000 replacement fee. Our property assistant will assist you with check-in and check-out procedures.
