From the house, two beautiful hiking trails (see photo) lead directly to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Just 2 km from the Cinque Terre National Park and 5 km from the city center and train station. A public bus connects the village to these destinations. 🅿️ Free parking available throughout Biassa. The space The house is modern and independent, featuring a lovely private garden perfect for dining, relaxing, or sunbathing on the comfortable deckchairs. Spread over two floors, the house includes a kitchen, bathroom, hallway with staircase, bedroom, balcony, and a loft—each space is brand new with a modern design. In the bedroom, you'll find a 50" SMART TV with Netflix, a balcony, and a double bed. The cozy loft has a 120 cm wide sofa bed. These features make the house ideal for a family with two children or teenagers. Guest access You have access to the entire house and the garden.
