Listed Georgian Townhouse & Home providing stylish, luxury Bed & Breakfast accommodation with a Private Bathroom exclusively for your use. Up to four guests may be comfortably accommodated in the two top floor bedrooms. Wi-Fi available, TV and Radio, Bathrobes, complimentary Water & Fruit. "Nespresso" coffee maker is also located on the landing. Parking Space in Lambridge Mews, regular bus service and close to Bath City Centre. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 10. The space We provide a light Continental Breakfast with either tea or coffee, a mix of Cold Meats, Cheese, Croissants, Pain au Raisin, Berries, Yoghurt Toast etc. Vegetarian or Vegan option available on request. Guest access On arrival guests take the stairs to the bedroom/s on the top floor. The contemporary bathroom with power shower is available exclusively for your personal use and is on the half landing below. Breakfast is either served in the pretty conservatory overlooking the rear garden, in the adjacent dining/living room area or during the summer months under the vine arbour. Other areas of the property are for the private use of the resident home owners but on request guests may have use of the downstairs living/TV room. If you have left anything behind there is a range of shops in Larkhall just a two minute walk away which includes a paper shop, pharmacy and Co-Op. During your stay Having lived in Bath and the property for over 30 years we are more than happy to sit down with you and help you plan your stay with us, utilising our local knowledge of local events and activities, favourite restaurants, pubs, walks, heritage sites, gardens and other general information about Bath City and other outlying villages/towns. Other things to note The bedrooms offer one King Size bed overlooking the rear garden and hills in the distance and two Single Beds located in the front bedroom with valley views across to the southerly hills. We only accommodate single parties or family groups so you will have exclusive use of the facilities on offer and based on the total number in your party (2-4).
