Comfortable apartment in a small residence, le Bélier, from Flaine Forêt station in Haute Savoie. At the foot of the slopes, from the start to the links of the Grand Massif, near ESF, and shops. 2 rooms 50 m2, 5 people, all comfort, south facing terrace. The space The apartment is located in a small residence of 4 floors in Flaine Forêt 1700 m. Quiet and not overlooked, it offers a nice view of the estate with a sunny terrace as it faces south. The entrance, the kitchen are separate from the living room, as are the toilets which are independent of the bathroom. The start of the Flaine Forêt ski slopes is less than 100 m from the apartment and the chairlift there gives access to all the links of the Grand Massif ski areas ( les Carroz, Samoens, Morillon) Guests have access to the entire apartment and its amenities, as well as a ski locker and boot locker in the lobby of the residence. The resort of Flaine is very pleasant, many themed activities are offered during the winter season. The ski lifts are recent and efficient in case of crowding and offer multiple access possibilities on all the slopes of the domain, the latter being vast and varied. Flaine is a "car-free" station. The principle : two types of parking, one short-term in the resort, 1h30 free, allowing to unload the luggage next to the apartment and the long duration on the outskirts of the resort in the open air, which costs about 40€ per week. Flaine has good snow quality every winter and well-maintained slopes throughout the season. A resort with many facets and varied landscapes: from snow-capped peaks to gently sloping reliefs, from coniferous forests to vast expanses of the white desert, there is something for everyone. At the top of the Grandes Platières or the Grands Vans, at an altitude of 2500m, the panorama is exceptional in front of Mont Blanc and seen at 360 degrees. The longest trail is 14 km down to Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval on the edge of the nature reserve. For lovers of thrills and freestyle gliding, the varied slopes offer fields of bumps, playful areas, freeride spots... as well as several speed riding and paragliding areas (we can advise you ourselves). The resort offers many shops in Flaine Forum and Flaine Forêt, a cinema, an indoor swimming pool with spa, hamman, sauna, cardio training, treatments...a bowling alley, an ice-driving circuit, an indoor climbing room, hikes by snowmobile, sleigh dogs, outings by snowshoes, cross-country skiing slopes, an outdoor skating rink, shows in the auditorium (with artists such as Arnaud Ducret, Anne Roumanoff, Virginie Hocq, Baptiste Lecaplain, Jean-luc Lemoine...) but also concerts in the open air or in bars...
