The apartment is located in green and quite part of Riga center. It is known as embassy district and is very safe. It features a lots of restaurants, cafes and wineries. Not any night clubs are located near so it is very quiet at nights. The space The space covers 72 m2 and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The mansard was built in the thirties and rebuilt in the seventies. Recently carefully designed and renovated respecting the original construction and renovation of 70s. Guest access Double bed with 160 x 200cm orthopedic spring mattress will let you sleep well. Two cot or camp beds are available on demand if you travel with infant or children. Fully equiped kitchen, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil. Wifi, TV, roomy wardrobe, washing machine. Bathroom with bath, large living room with double bed and small bedroom which can be used as work space or cabinet. Paid parking from 8am till 8pm on workdays and Saturdays on the street right in front of the house. Free parking rest of the time. Paid parking 6 Eur per 24 hours or paid secured parking 10 eur/24h in few minutes walking distance. Other things to note Guests can use the fire place.
