Our place is located in the mountain town of Zell am See/Schüttdorf in a prime location in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Lake Zell is 800 meters away and the cable car AreitXpress is less than 1000 meters away. Free parking is available on site. You can also order fresh bread and pastries on a daily basis. The ski bus stop is only about 300 meters away. In winter you have access to a boot dryer, drying room and a ski storage. Our place is good for couples and families. The space This penthouse apartment on the second floor has two large bedrooms and a newly renovated (2024) kitchen with a sitting area. Each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV and a small sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a coffeemaker, water boiler, toaster, microwave, hotplates, oven, a dishwasher and a flatscreen TV. The large bathroom has a shower and a washer machine. The balcony has a lovely view of the mountains and you can see the nearest cable car, AreitXpress. Free parking on site together with one e-car charging station. As a service to our guests, you can order fresh bread online and get it delivered to the house on a daily basis. Guest access You have full access to the apartment as well as the ski storage, boot dryer and drying room during the winter season. During the summer you have access to the lovely garden that includes a small playground for children, a barbecue area and a sitting area.
