Comfortable 3-bedroom chalet that sleeps 8. 4-star campsite, "Les Cabanes d'Oléron", Zen village located on the beautiful island of Oléron. We offer a relaxing vacation in an idyllic setting! At your disposal: heated outdoor pool with water slides and jacuzzi, games room, children's playground, multi-sports field, access to the entertainment of the Les Grosses Pierres campsite. The space This 50 m² mobile home (including 12 m² of covered terrace), modern and comfortable, can accommodate up to 8 people. It is composed of: - Fully equipped kitchen: Large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, toaster - Living room with TV included, convertible into a double bed - Bathroom: shower, sink - Separate WC - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) - 1 bedroom with a double bed (130 cm) - 1 bedroom with 2 beds including 1 bunk bed (80 cm) - Wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and 2 deckchairs Pets are allowed. Only dogs or cats are allowed (only 1 per location or rental, weight less than 20 kg) for an additional fee of €5 per day. Exotic pets and category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and your pet's vaccination record must be up to date. For stays of one week or more, pets are allowed for a cleaning fee of €60 charged in addition. Other things to note The eco-tax is not covered by Airbnb. You will have to pay it when you arrive at the campsite. Please note that we consider babies to be full participants in the stay. You must therefore be careful not to have more than 8 people in this accommodation (baby included) otherwise we will be unable to honor your reservation. A security deposit for the accommodation of €260 will be required upon arrival. Linens and towels are not included in the stay.
