Casa Tosca #5 - Studio Apart. with A/C in Old Town

Casa Tosca is a tastefully restored historic house in the heart of the medieval town. Javea is charmed with narrow streets, wrought iron balconies, large wooden front doors and beautiful stone porticoes. Casa Tosca has 4 apartments and 1 Room. All the apartments are equipped with Fiber Optics Internet, private bathroom and kitchen. The Entrance to our Office Studio apartment (5B) is from Calle Virgen del Pilar No.5. You have a few steps to go up to your apartment. The space The Office Apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom and access to our washing machines and office desk and Sofa after 5pm. It has a Queen size bed, a cupboard and a place to hang your clothes. The Main House door has a combination lock; the code is sent to you a few days before arrival. Once inside the house, you must direct yourself towards the back and up a few stairs, the key will be in the door. There is a shared terrace on the rooftop. you must ask for the code of the other door to the house. Guest access There are plenty of free parking around the village. There is also Parking de la Constitucion at 200 meters. You can find everything you need in the village, banks, restaurants, hardware and phone shops etc... Other things to note Yeimy my assistant lives close to Casa Tosca and is available. Between me and Yeimy, you should reach us. I am normally away in Kenya from November to March.
