The 'Apartments El Sorrall' are the type of apartments for clients who want to have a quiet or family holiday by the sea. A place for our clients to feel at ease. They are located in the quiet but touristic town of Blanes, in the Costa Brava. An ideal place to spend a family vacation by the sea and only a stone's throw away from the beach. All the apartments have a balcony with spectacular views of the promenade and beach. HUGT-010978 The space El Sorrall is a building with several types of apartments, in this case the two bedroom apartments are for four persons. The building has an elevator for easier access. There are two bedrooms each with 2 beds. Complete bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Electric boiler for the hot water system. American Kitchen with refrigerator, two electric cooking hobs, extractor fan, microwave and sink. Dining room with sofa for three persons , a ceiling fan and a portable fan, table with six chairs and a flat screen TV. A portable electric heater is provided. Balcony with a table and four chairs. The apartments have available some home appliances. The kitchen has all the basic equipment for cooking and dining. Bed sheets and blankets are provided for all the beds, also there are towels provided for the bathroom. These are changed once a week. Also for no extra cost, one child of up to 15 years old can sleep on the sofas. If this extra bed is for an adult then there is a supplement of 10€ per night. This option needs to be requested in advance. The beds have linen and blankets, the bathrooms have towels, these are changed once a week. If a change is required before, then for 3€ per person we can provide a set of bed linen or towels. There is a laundry room with a washing + tumble dryer machine that works with tokens that can be purchased at the reception, the price includes detergent and softener. An iron and ironing board can be be requested free of charge. Internet Wifi is free. Other things to note The tourist tax is not included in the price and is needed to be paid on arrival. The cost is 1.93 euros per person/per night for the first 7 nights of your stay. After these 7 nights the tourist tax does not need to be paid. This tourist tax is only applicable for persons of 16 years old or older. On arrival you will find inside the apartment an information dossier explaining the functions of the apartment. Also it shows the wifi login details for free internet access in the reception area downstairs. No animals allowed on the premises under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. If you are looking for a youthful atmosphere and want to party late into the night, then this is not the right place for you.
