The little house is fresh and cozy peaceful and neat. Aprox 20min drive from the most beautiful beaches. Walking distance from Ferndown golf course. Just 1 mile from Ferndown village, with takeaway restaurants and supermarkets. Easy vehicle access to many lovely locations like the new forest, sandbanks, the beautiful villages Ringwood and Wimborne. The property has a kettle, toaster, microwave and an egg steamer in the kitchenette but NO OVEN OR HOB. Breakfast is continental. There is no TV. The space This little house is set in the grounds of a large property which is a short distance from the renowned Ferndown golf course. It is nestled among the trees and is lovely and quiet. Guest access Guests will have off road parking and a gate to go through. There are three steps going down to the little house and three steps going into the little house. There is also stairs to the bedroom. Unfortunately will not be suitable for wheelchairs users. Other things to note This little house has a shower. A kitchenette and no oven or hob. This is a no smoking property. If you wish to smoke please do so off the premises. Vaping is ok but not indoors, outside Only.
