Very comfortable and warm new villa with pool. It is 15 minutes from Clermont city center and 15 minutes from Chaîne des Puy. Two ski resorts (Super Besse and Le Mont-Dore) 1 hour drive away. You can visit Vulcania, the waters of Volvic, many castles..., walk on the top of Puy de Dôme or Puy de Pariou. There are many possibilities!!! The space We provide you with 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in 80 or 160 (your choice) and 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed. Large fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker...) A laundry room with storage and washing machine is at your disposal. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. A comfortable terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area (charcoal) at the back of the house. Guests can have breakfast or an aperitif on the large wooden terrace in front of the house while looking at the majestic Puy de Dôme. A real slice of heaven! a security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival and will be returned within a week of checkout Guest access We have chosen to keep a bedroom and garage accessible only to us.
