The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road. The space The house has been renovated over the years, but retains its original '50s charm, the way a seaside getaway should be. A gas fireplace in the living room adds extra coziness in winter and a new kitchen has been added with all modern appliances including a Beko coffee machine. One of the 4 bedrooms sits externally from the main house at the end of a deck, offering additional privacy or a great space for children. The property's location makes our bach a great option for families - no need to pack the car with all your gear; just wake up at the beach instead. A huge yard on the beach side provides space for cricket, croquet, or just lounging around, and enjoying the firepit under a starry evening sky is something you won't forget in a hurry. Step back in time to a different era, but with all the comforts you need for a great stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the house, external bedroom and large front section plus on and off-street parking. Guests can access the property via a lockbox. All information will be provided at the time of check in. Other things to note The 'fifth' bedroom is a sunroom and access point to the house. The bed in this location is a king single and single which can be clicked together to form a king size bed according to your sleeping requirements. There is a caravan on the front of the property.
