Located in the heart of Waikanae Beach, this three-bedroom home is the perfect retreat for families and travelers seeking a relaxing getaway. With sleeping arrangements for up to six people, our home provides a comfortable and inviting space for all. The space Guests will have access to the entire home which includes an open-plan living area in the heart of the house, featuring a spacious sofa, a TV for entertainment, and an electric fireplace to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy quality time together with the provided board games or unwind with a movie on Netflix. The heat pump ensures a cozy environment in winter and can be easily transformed into refreshing air conditioning during the warmer months. Step outside onto the balcony and experience breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky over the street, creating a picturesque backdrop for your evenings. The first two bedrooms boast queen-sized beds with crisp professional linen for a restful night's sleep, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, featuring an oven, hobs, microwave, and even a coffee machine with Nespresso pods. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just want to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, we've got you covered. Within the main bathroom you will find the a toilet, basin, rainfall shower, heated towel rail and a washer/dryer, while at the end of the corridor there is another room with an additional toilet. Venture out to the back of the house, where festoon lighting and outdoor furniture create an inviting space for al fresco dining or simply relaxing under the stars. A short stroll will take you to the nearby beach, walking and cycling tracks, and a slightly longer walk will lead you to tantalizing local eateries, offering a taste of the area's delights. Guest access Aside from inside the home, you will also have access to the driveway, the grassy area next to the garage, the back patio and the balcony. Unfortunately the garage is not available to use currently as it is being used for storage. Other areas that are not accessable to guests are the neighbouring Airbnb “waikanae beach escape” and access through the gates to the right of the property that read “staff only” You may notice linen or cleaning staff during your stay using this gate which will not affect you. Other things to note The section is shared with another Airbnb - “Waikanae Beach Escape” The two homes are separated by a fence and share the very start of the driveway. Booking out both properties is a great way to accomodate more of your party otherwise if you have only reserved Waikanae Beach Abode please respect their privacy by not crossing over to the other side of the fence. The price for two people is based on using one bedroom, please let me know if you are two people, but using an extra bedroom - There is an extra charge of $30 per night to cover the cleaning and linen change of extra bedrooms. Thank you! If you would like a late checkout on the day you are due to leave, please let me know. We offer a late check out option which will allow you to spend the rest of the day at the property (until midnight) for a $80 fee (subject to availability). Well behaved pets are permitted, please bring their own bedding! Any accidents that occur will incur additional cleaning fees, so please let us know if anything happens. Smoking is not under any circumstances permitted inside the property. Violaters will be subject to a $1000 fine.
