The entire 470 m² of the penthouse living space is a luxurious composition of natural materials. Warm wood sets the tone throughout the living areas, while slate and concrete add their natural charm to the hallways and bathrooms. Note: Your stay at Chalet GM is always exclusive – whether you book just the penthouse or the entire house. When booking the penthouse, you have the generous 470 m² all to yourself, while the separate guest apartment remains closed. If you would like even more space for family or friends, you can easily add the guest apartment for up to 4 additional guests – simply book the entire Chalet GM and enjoy all areas exclusively for yourselves. The penthouse of Chalet GM is spread across two floors. You are welcomed in a spacious entrance area where it’s immediately clear that great care has been taken to use local wood and stone. The entrance impresses with its openness and creates a relaxed arrival. A wide, open staircase leads to the first floor – or you can take the elevator, which serves all levels. On the first floor, you’ll find the heart of the house – the expansive living area with an open kitchen. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a Teppanyaki grill plate, steam oven, beer tap, schnapps fountain, and much more await you – prepare to be surprised! Enjoy a glass of wine, perfectly tempered from the wine fridge, on the large sofa landscape by the centrally positioned, freestanding fireplace. The infinity pool in the outdoor area offers a refreshing dip in summer. Additionally, a hot tub is available. (Please note: the pool is heated and available for use only in the summer months, from May to October.) For year-round barbecues, a gas grill is available in the covered outdoor kitchen. The seating area next to it is doubly heated – with radiant heaters above and integrated seat heating below for ultimate comfort. Two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a Physiotherm© infrared shower, and a dressing room are located on this floor. On the open gallery, there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. For extra soothing warmth, there are also two Physiotherm© infrared seats. Soft, indirect lighting showcases every element and piece of furniture beautifully. The larch wood on walls, ceilings, and floors fills the air with a pleasant, cozy scent. The excellent indoor climate can be felt with every breath.
