Description
This bright and cozy studio on Beacon Hill is perfect for enjoying all Seattle has to offer. Walk five minutes and hop on the light rail, or drive 3.3 miles to Pikes Place/Downtown Seattle. Sit on the garden patio and watch the epic PNW sunsets over the Olympic Range. Work “from home” at the desk or the kitchen bar, or curl up with a blanket and a book and just relax. This is my home and I’d love to share it with you! The space This is one of three units in the building, the main host lives on the third floor and is usually available if you need anything during your stay. The unit is on the basement level but unlike most basement units, has great views, ample light, and a nice outdoor seating area where you can watch the sunset over the Olympic range. It's a studio space with a comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and closet if you need it. NOTE for stays longer than 10 days: There are two storage rooms in the back of the basement that the building owner may need to access up to but not more than once a week. Please only request for longer than 10 days if you are comfortable with this. Thanks! Since these photos were taken, we have upgraded the stove in the kitchen and switched out the yellow chair in the corner for a more comfortable one 🙂 Guest access Free street parking always available within a block. If you are on foot, the light rail is a five minute walk to the Beacon Hill station. You can take the light rail from the airport to here if you need. One block away you can also catch buses to Downtown, Capital Hill, and many other places in the city. Registration Details STR-OPLI-19-001128
