Dog friendly cottage beside Burleigh Castle

Renovated farm cottage with large, enclosed, shared garden & firepit located on the outskirts of the rural village of Milnathort. A place to relax with walks and cycle routes from the door, local cafes, pubs and restaurants within 15 mins walk. Well located for day trips to St Andrews and the Fife coastal villages, or venture further afield to Deep Sea World, Blair Drummond Safari Park, V&A in Dundee, Stirling or Edinburgh Castle, the Perthshire hills or even a kayaking trip on the River Tay. The space Quiet rural location, tastefully decorated, well furnished and equipped with underfloor heating in the main living, dining and kitchen area with full central heating throughout. The entrance to the cottage is via the patio doors which is a peaceful place to sit at the table and enjoy coffee or a meal while watching and listening to the wild life. There's a fire pit for your exclusive use, firewood can be purchased locally. We have a large garden which is fully (deer and rabbit!) fenced. We regularly see roe deer, herons, buzzards, red squirrels, and the bird feeders in the garden attract a variety of birds including woodpeckers, jays, robins, sparrow hawks, etc - never a dull moment! Broadband WiFi is available and we live in a 4G mobile signal area. Guest access All accommodation as listed and the outdoor firepit. I have a young dog which uses the large garden area. Please let me know if your dog is not friendly towards other dogs so I'm aware in advance.
