Conveniently located within 45 minutes of Woodstock and Manchester, the house offers direct access to many activities. Other things to note Have a four-legged friend? Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to a guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fireplaces agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them.
