The Christmas Cabin

It’s the perfect Christmas at this quiet, secluded, charming rustic cabin built in 1929. Surrounded by knotty-pine wood walls and floors and warmed by the the brick fireplace, youll have the timeless calm of the mountain. Enjoy a walk in the national forest, or head just a mile up the road to Lake Arrowhead Village to enjoy the local bars and restaurants. We now offer the 28* Sledding Hill guarantee! If we have a 28*F night within two nights of your stay, we’ll have the sledding hill snowy! The space Welcome to 2/3 acre of wooded seclusion! Plenty of leisure space to read, take long walks/hikes, play cornhole and horseshoes, relax in the hammock, go sledding, and even visit with the animals (squirrels are commonplace, and raccoons, foxes, deer and bears have been known to frequent the area). Wood for the fireplace is available on-property for $10/bundle. Each bundle is larger than the grocery store bundles with varying sizes for better fire building, and the same price as our local grocery store bundles. The main cabin is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Inside the cabin there's great wifi, and Roku access to any streaming services. Guest access The full property border is shown on a map inside, but feel free to enjoy walks through the neighborhood as long as you stay on roads and standard trails. A second cabin is on the property where my girlfriend Alix and I live. Feel free to knock if you need anything! Other things to note Small dogs are welcome! There is an additional $25 cleaning fee for each pet. My boss is an older calico cat who runs things on site, but Marissa is very friendly with people and the main cabin is kept very clean for anyone with minor allergies. I’m permitted to have 6 overnight guests, and another 6 day guests (party of 12 all together during the day, leaving by 10pm). This is per county code, and my permit. Any more guests in your party, and my ability to run the Airbnb is in jeopardy. PLEASE BE HONEST about the number of guests you intend to have. If you show up with more than I’m allowed, I have to play bad guy and we have to have an awkward discussion when you’re here, and some of your party will be rather upset when they’re turned away.
