Spacious downstairs apartment in Vegan home with private entrance. 10 minute walk to charming downtown Weaverville, art galleries, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and lake Louise. 15 min drive to downtown Asheville. Not setup for infants/very young kids. Quiet, no barking, behaved pets are welcome, tell me if you bring yours. The space is scent, perfume and smoke free. No animal derived items please don't use any here, read the house rules. The space Space is a downstairs studio apartment in a private vegan home. Apartment is a dedicated single level guest space with a separate entrance. Space is isolated from the rest of the house with it's own heat / AC and a bathroom with shower. One queen bed and couch large enough to sleep one. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plates, cups and utensils. Home sits on a 1/3 acre surrounded by plants and trees on nice city street with street lighting. There is WIFI and TV with ROKU (various channels and movies) and Prime video. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire downstairs studio apartment. Dogs should be walked along the street. Other things to note Due to severe allergies we ask that our space remain scent / fragrance free. Space is animal product free. Please don't bring any food or items derived from animals into the apartment. Note: One neighbor has 2 dogs in fenced yard that are not friendly so don't approach. That property is not near the guest parking or entrance. Otherwise the town and neighborhood is very dog friendly with many people out and about with pets.
