Bright Quiet Small Double room/shared bathroom

Modern clean house, close to Exeter airport, M5 and easy connections to Exeter city centre. Clean double room with shared bathroom. It is a small room for 2 people but is do-able. The space Small double room - wardrobe, and drawers. Tv and wifi. The bathroom is opposite and is shared with my 2nd Airbnb room. My place is close to public transport, and Exeter airport. You’ll love it because of the location, the people, the outdoors space (garden), the neighbourhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, and singles, and business travellers. I do have 3 cats who stay in the kitchen and outside, so dogs not allowed sorry. Guest access Bedroom and bathroom. I allow the use of the kitchen please leave it as you find it. I can make a kettle available in your room just ask. The access from the front door takes you to the top of the stairs and access to your room with the bathroom opposite. The bathroom is shared if the other room is occupied. During your stay Aiming to give guests a safe environment with high cleaning procedures in place.
