Description

A very spacious, light and airy, 2 bedroom annex, surrounded by colourful gardens, complete with private lawn and luxurious hot tub. Completely self contained, whilst being attached to owners home, It’s situated in the rural village of Glangrwyney, which has a village pub and is within the Brecon Beacons National Park. Ideally situated for tourists, both walkers and cyclists. There are footpaths and cycle routes on your doorstep and is ideally located between Crickhowell and Abergavenny. The space The spacious annex, is often described as “home from home”. There is a private well sized lawn, complete with patio furniture, for guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden after a tiring day. What better way to relax than soaking up the bubbles in a 6 person hot tub after a long day hiking! The hot tub is sat beneath a unique rustic Gretel hut, with a roof and partially open sides, from where you can watch the stars in the sky. Guest access Glangrwyney, which nestles at the foothills of the Sugar Loaf mountain, is situated between the two towns of Crickhowell (2 miles) and Abergavenny (4 miles). Crickhowell was recently voted as the most original town in Wales. Also, ideally located to access the Monmouth /Brecon canal, Llangorse lake, Brecon Beacons, Skirrid, Blorenge mountains, Tretower Court, Llanthony Abbey and the heritage site of Big pit Blaenavon, to name but a few of the many popular attractions. Ideally located for both Greenman festival and Abergavenny food festival, as Park and Ride service is available from Glangrwyney. Other things to note There is a key pad at the front door, so guests can access the property independently. There is a shared entrance hall, which leads to the 2 individual lockable doors which access the 2 completely self contained houses. There is a large garden at the back of the property, including a small fishpond, summerhouse, hot tub and a quiet private area to the side of the annex for our guests to relax and enjoy the gardens. (Please note that the hot tub is shared with the owners) and is for sole use by owners and their guests and not for friends of guests. There is adequate off road parking, just outside of the property, directly in front of the house, alongside a small hedge. We have 2 dogs Wookey & Benji, a Sealyham and a Jack Russell.i
