The space The apartment has everything for a permanent or temporary stay. The decor is particularly cozy (curtains, real paintings in the living room), tasteful and practical (desk, dressing table, microwave, blackout). In addition to the normal, there is a safe, 55" smart TV with digital cable TV, free fast internet (download about 50 Mbps) with its own router. Guest access The Unixx is one of the newest trendy "resort holiday facilities" in Pattaya with more than 11,000 square meters of green space, comfort and first-class infrastructure. The Unixx has 2 large swimming pools with extensive sun and shade loungers as well as corresponding changing rooms. The pool area next to the entrance area has a 35-meter family pool with jacuzzi, slide, children's pool and climbing rocks. The pool area on the 6th floor above the car park is an oasis of calm. It has a 20 m pool with massage jets, a Zen garden with decorative sculptures and sea views. In addition, there are 3 outdoor barbecue areas, a tropical garden, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, mini putting green, boule lawn, 24-hour security, high-speed elevators with card system for the individual floors. A café and a small grocery store are located in the entrance area of Unixx. Each tenant receives an information brochure written in English and German about Unixx, Pattaya and the surrounding area to quickly find their way around. Other things to note Two sets of bed linens and two sets of towels for two people are provided. Also, one bath towel per person. Washing machines are located in the house. Public laundries are close by. 100 Baht per day will be charged for water and electricity (air conditioning!). The amount must be paid on site upon arrival.
