The townhouse is set back from the main roads and is nestled in a quiet residential area to allow you a peaceful sleep. GROUND FLOOR - kitchen/lounge/diner with table to seat 10, entrance hall, downstairs toilet. FIRST FLOOR - Bedroom #1 has 2 single beds and balcony with riverside views. Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom SECOND FLOOR - Bedroom #3 has 2 single beds, a balcony with riverside views, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #4 has two adult sized bunk beds. Family bathroom, with shower, bath and toilet. THIRD FLOOR - has a double bed and room for a child's cot. Views to York Minster. Single beds can be joined together to create a super king bed (6ft) to suit your needs. This can be done by yourself on arrival with the attachments supplied - you will still have two single mattresses and two single duvet covers, similar to an 'Austrian twin' which is found throughout Europe.
