The elevation of my property ensures JANEY’S has NO risk for any Tsunami or flooding exposure. Guest access Guest access is private, totally separate with NO steps or stairs into the room. There is a wide concrete driveway sloping to entrance door. Other things to note *A beachside BBQ is just a quick drive down the hill. It also has a Coffee Cart in the morning until noon. *Not suitable for infants / children. *NO pets permitted. *There are no laundry facilities. *I am happy to make the bed up the European way if you would like to request it. *To walk into Whitianga town/ cafes/ restaurants along the beach or boardwalk is 4.2km (2.6miles) *NO flooding or Tsunami risk *EV charging station is only 4.6 km (2.8 miles) away in Lee Street opposite our Mercury Twin Cinemas. *Very good tennis courts nearby
