Large Havelock North studio in pretty setting

Please enquire if you want to bring a pet - small and quiet dogs only. No cooking sorry - just a microwave. Our studio is light and spacious, with comfy beds, fast fibre internet, 55 inch smart tv with built-in Netflix and YouTube, and air conditioner. There is a new laundry shared with the host. It's private with rural views yet only 2 km from the Havelock North village. Excellent walks nearby. World class vineyards within 10 minutes car ride. I speak fluent English and Mandarin. Welcome. The space Havelock North was once voted NZ's most beautiful suburb. Its village has many boutique shops, popular cafes, takeaways and restaurants. It also has a cinema and a New World supermarket. There are many world-class vineyards in this area. You will enjoy a nice walk in the nearby Keiranga Gardens and Tanui Reserve. It's a 10 minutes' drive away from the renowned Blackbarn and Craggy Range vinyards and 15 minutes away from Te Mata Peak, with magnificent views across the region and tracks for walks, running and mountain biking. It is 30 minutes away from the picturesque Waimarama Beach with wide-stretching fine sands and views. It is also 30 minutes away from the Napier CBD where you can experience the Art Deco culture and urban lifestyle. Our place is ideal for people who want to escape the daily grind of the city life for a weekend or longer. There is plenty space, including a single bed to accommodate one adult or two small children under 10. The queen-size bed has a wool underlay and electric blanket - guests report it's very comfy! We have recently put in a new floor, a 55- inch smart TV with built-in Netflix and YouTube, and an air-conditioner. Please note there are no cooking facilities in the studio except for the microwave. There is a small fridge, an electric kettle and a toaster in the studio. We also provide plunger coffee, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, and pepper. There are also a salad spinner, salad bowl, knives, peeler, can opener, water and wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and cutlery. If you need anything else, please just ask. Guest access The studio is completely separate from our main house with large parking space right outside the studio on our property. No steps with self checkin. It has its own ensuite with a shower room and toilet and a new laundry shared with the host family. There is an outdoor seating area too, perfect for breakfast and watching sunset. Other things to note There are many books on the book shelves, some games and CDs in the wood cabinet behind the sofa to keep you entertained. Fast fibre wifi internet allows you to watch anything you like online using the 55 inch smart TV or your own devices.
