The space This Guest Suite Loft is enclosed in a separate building on our property. Our house is approximately 75 feet away. It is about 650 square feet and has its own private entrance. The downstairs includes a fully stocked kitchen (please note there's no dishwasher or garbage disposal), a table and chairs, a bathroom, a living room with loveseat (couch for two), smart TV, satellite cable, and a charming gas fireplace to keep the place warm and cozy. The upstairs loft includes a queen bed, a closet, a small sitting area and your own private balcony. Free WiFi is also available. This is truly a great home away from home! The mountain views from your guest suite are beautiful! We live on approximately 12 acres so there are virtually no neighbors and your suite faces about 10 acres of open land. Occasionally, you can see bunnies, deer and coyotes running across our property. We live in a great, central location to enjoy Tehachapi. Your guest suite is located about 100ft from the main road (Valley Blvd/202). It is in a remote area but not too far from Tehachapi's primary hot spots such as downtown Tehachapi, Bear Valley or the Stallions Springs areas. It is about a 10-15 minute drive either way you go. We are excited to share our home with Airbnb guests! We hope to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Thank you. Guest access You have your own private entrance and you can park right next to your front door. Once your booking is confirmed, I will give you more detailed directions and a code to unlock the front door. During the winter months, it is recommended to have a 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle. Other things to note WASHER/DRYER: Please let me know if you need to use your private washer and dryer. It is in a separate room and I would need to give you access. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided for you. OVERNIGHT GUESTS: If you would like to have a extra overnight guests (more than 2 people in the home), please note that there will be an additional charge of $50 per guest, per night. The maximum number of additional guests is 2. CAUTION: This home has stairs, a balcony and an open fireplace which may not be suitable for small children. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE on the premises. NO PETS allowed. No exceptions. Due to severe allergies in our family, no pets, including Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals, will be allowed to stay on our property. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Please note that CHECK IN time is 4PM and CHECK OUT time is 11AM (unless there's an arrangement between us). There will be a late charge fee of $50 per hour after the check-out time. I apologize for this but in the past, we've had guests check out really late without notice. We need this valuable time to clean the loft thoroughly before the next guest arrives. Thank you again!
