Are you looking for a beachfront vacation home, in a scenic and quiet location? You found it! You don't need to drive, or walk to plunge into clear sea water - our home is a few steps from the sea with majestic mountains around! Our house has a beautiful spacious terrace, Al Fresco dining area, private beach area and a swimming pool in a garden behind the house. The house is renovated and has everything one needs for a relaxing vacation - beds, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and sea! The space Our lovely house is located literally 5 m from the calm clear water of the breath-taking Kotor Bay. This is really one the best spots in the whole Mediterranean. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, beautiful garden with refreshing swimming pool. The house is ideal to spend a whole day swimming, sunbathing and generally enjoying the sea front location. There are king-size beds in every bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is spacious and comfortable. Newly renovated. Dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge with ice box. Guest access Our house is located on the seaside of Stoliv town. If you travel by car, there is a free and safe parking in front of the church next door. Walkway and entry to the house are well-lit. Private entrance to the house and the garden. The bathing area (ponta) is private and has comfortable deck chairs for your enjoyment. The table on the spacious balcony in front of our house is ideal for breakfast and Al Fresco dining. To make things easier for you, we will meet and greet in the agreed place you once you are arrive, and show you to our home! Other things to note Check-in time between 4pm and 10pm, check-out is before 10am. If you need to have early check-in or late check-out, please tell us about it as we might be able to accommodate for your needs for an extra fee (although we cannot guarantee that in advance). In case of Greet & Meet after 10pm there will be an extra charge of 15€. While staying, if you need any recommendation regarding places to eat, to visit or spend your free time, we would gladly tell you. Plenty of information is already available in our Kotor Guidebook attached to the description of our home. We can also help with certain arrangements like tours and transfers. Few other things to note: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the house yet you can have your cigarette either on the balcony or the terraces - enjoying the views as well! 2. Sewage system in Montenegro is quite delicate and cannot cope with wet wipes, nappies, tampons (it might simply not digest it:)
