Welcome to Bay Tree House, our holiday home in the heart of Deal. ~ This elegant 2 bedroom Georgian property would suit couples, a small family or some friends looking for a relaxing stay in Deal. We have recently renovated the entire house in order to create a bright and airy home maximising the space, whilst retaining many original features. The space Step through the front door and via an inner vestibule. Glazed double doors lead you into the open-plan, double reception room. At the front is a formal dining area with large wooden table and seating for up to 8 people. The relaxed lounge area has a choice of seating, a well-thought-out lighting and an attractive view of the garden. It is equipped with a Netflix/Amazon enabled TV and SONOS sound system; wifi is also provided. ~ The sunny and well-equipped kitchen boasts a small table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning beverage. An additional useful utility area is located off the kitchen and has a garden view from the butlers sink, built-in dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. A ground floor cloakroom with WC and handbasin is located at the rear. ~ Carpeted stairs lead you to the newly installed, first-floor bathroom which has a handbasin, WC and large built-in bath with shower. The bath has been thoughtfully recessed into the floor to add extra height. The bathroom cupboard houses the boiler and laundry facilities. ~ A further short flight of stairs leads you to the simply decorated, softly carpeted rear-view double bedroom. There is an extremely comfortable double bed, built in storage and a wonderful view across the interesting roof tops so indicative of Deal. ~ The master bedroom has a street-view from the large bay window. The calm décor continues; the bedroom is carpeted, has ample storage, plus another extremely comfortable king-size bed and elegant pale wood furniture. ~ There is wonderful enclosed rear garden which has been beautifully redesigned, offering generous outside sitting and dining spaces. ~ Our home is your home for the duration of your stay in Deal; we only ask that you respect it and leave it as you find it. We're on a quiet street, so we're not a party house, but children's noise & laughter is welcome and expected! ~ We prefer no pets please.
