Woodland Retreat - Hassle-Free Checkout

Welcome to the Pennsylvania Wilds! Spend the night in a little clearing in our 60 acre wood. We use only dark sky lights so the stars are in full bloom. A stream-fed pond and your own private room provide a quiet haven. Perfect for travellers (5 miles from I-80), Penn State fans (40 minutes from campus), outdoor enthusiasts (ATV access, hiking, state parks), or a couple's retreat. Light breakfast items and snacks are available in-room. Hassle-Free Checkout: no cleaning / laundry, etc. The space This is a new construction with private, secure access. The basement is unfinished and has a wood-burning stove that will be warm and cozy in the winter. This space is all available to the guest. The finished space is the guest room with newly installed carpet and high ceilings. There is a large window and two closets. The bed is a queen sized bed, and cots and pack-n-plays are available upon request. There is also a private full bath with soaps and fresh towels. Light breakfast items, coffee, and tea are included. Guest access Full (unfinished) basement, yard, and 59 acres of woods. During your stay I am a stay-at-home mom and will usually be here to help with any concerns or questions throughout your stay. The guest room and bathroom are entirely private and no interaction is necessary. Other things to note We have a lengthy driveway and snow is common in the winter months. Guests are advised to have a vehicle with 4WD.
