During periods of excessive seaweed, there may be an unpleasant odor and the beach will not be accessible. The resort may provide transportation to a nearby beach while the resort beach is temporarily closed. Other things to note This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases. Limited parking Some activities/attractions are available at an additional charge. The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. You must be 21 years or older to check in. You must have a valid id and a credit card for security deposit. Resorts will require a refundable security deposit at check in. This deposit is $100-$500 depending on length of trip. The Host prepays the resort to register the guest. Name changes are $129-$250. Name changes are required if the listed airbnb guest did not notify host in advance of an alternate guest or if they used a nickname for airbnb registration and it doesn't match their Government issued id. Name changes can take up to 24 hours and the Wyndham system is not always available to allow changes. No last minute changes guaranteed. If you are arriving past your check in day you must let the resort know. This includes unplanned travel delays.
