Seafront apartment, top floor of 3 story period residence, circa 1890, with unobstructed views of the seafront. The apartment is tastefully decorated and retains many of the period features including high ceilings and coving details. Accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom,bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Fully fitted kitchen with all utensils, dining area and large living room facing to the seafront. A king size sofa bed in living room, suitable for 2 adults or 3 young children The space The apartment is located on the seafront in Clontarf. Clontarf village centre is 3 mins walk or 100 meters from apartment and is well serviced with a variety of restaurants ,pubs and grocery stores. Dollymount strand, a 5km stretch of sandy beach, which also hosts a bird sanctuary, is only 13 mins walk from apartment. In this area there are a amenities for sea swimmers, dedicated cycle paths and pedestrian pathways. Howth fishing and yachting harbor is less than 10 kms away, and boats a large variety of restaurants and specialize in seafood. The surrounding area has costal hill and cliff walks. St. Anne’s park is a large public park which is beautifully maintained and is a 10 minute walk from apartment. Dublin city centre is very accessible form the apartment: 50 minute walk, 20 minute bus ride, 15 minute cycle ride and 10 minute taxi ride. Equally as accessible is Dublin airport, less than 20 mins by taxi. Transport can be arranged if required whether it be to/from airport or anytime during your stay.
