Walk through The Yellow Door and you are greeted with a grand modernly furnished living and dining room perfect for entertaining. The wall of french doors in the open floor plan lead to the pool and beautiful grassy lawn with breathtaking mountain views. Lounge in the hammock reading a book or sunbathe in the pool! Curl up in front of the fireplace to read a book, play a board game on the game table or walk out the double French doors into your heated pool and private backyard with spectacular mountain views and sunsets that will amaze you. The master suite and its plush king size bed also has double French doors that open up to the pool and BBQ grill area in the walled backyard for ultimate privacy. Guests have access to entire house. You will have access to the entire house. Pool heating is at an additional cost of $60 per day. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated before your arrival as it takes 12 hours to warm up. Upon booking, you will receive a personalized access code that will grant you entrance to the house. Someone will be available to help you check in and answer any questions you might have about the house or things to do while in Palm Springs. If you are traveling by car, we have a driveway that can have two cars and there is also street parking. Otherwise, Uber drivers and taxis are easily accessed with a phone call. Requiring all staff and vendors to wear PPE (masks and gloves) when entering the property. 2. Removing decorative pillows to minimize the risk of exposure. 3. Implementing and using cleaning products that are EPA approved or in process of being approved for COVID-19 mitigation. 4. Sanitizing mattresses, pillow protectors and other soft furniture surfaces after guest stays. 5. Disinfecting hard surfaces (floors, counters, mirrors, shower glass, etc.) with virucide/sanitizing cleaner prior to use of streak free products. 6. Disinfecting high touch items (door handles, light switches, remotes, blind chains, etc.) 7. Washing dishes/utensils/silverware in hot water by hand and again in the dishwasher. 8. Sanitizing outdoor furniture. 9. We provide a fresh bar of soap, bath and shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in all bathrooms.
