'Mellis Barn' in the beautiful Waveney Valley

Mellis Barn is a traditional-styled Suffolk barn attached to a 17th century cottage. Set in a 5 acre farm with stunning views of the Waveney Valley and its ancient water meadows, the barn has its own private entrance and two bedrooms, one with a Kingsize bed and one with two singles. It also has a large shower-room. Downstairs is open plan and features a fitted kitchen/diner with sofas around the log burner, and an additional toilet. It has a large dog-friendly garden with sunny patio and BBQ . Other things to note Mellis Barn is attached to our 17th century cottage where we live. The upstairs bedrooms have low windows so the property is not suitable for young children (0-11 years old). The barn has its own private entrance and garden for sole use of guests. The garden is dog friendly with lockable gates and stock fencing with 6 cm x 6 cm mesh. If your dog is a tiny breed we would recommend that you supervise your dog when in the garden. We have animals on the property. Two horses and four pet sheep graze the paddocks. We have two friendly dogs. The paddock fencing is locked so there is no risk of the animals coming close to guests. We're very happy to introduce guests to the animals.
