Completely renovated air-conditioned apartment, hallway with wardrobe, a shower room and a living room with new kitchen, washing machine, desk/dining table, shoe and wardrobe, HD TV and a cozy queen size bed with medical 7-zone mattress. ***P.P. and night are 2€ tourist tax due on site.*** The space Newly renovated and equipped: Our small studio apartment (20 m²) in the coastal town of Rijeka, Croatia. The air-conditioned apartment is located in a "Neboder" - a high-rise building typical of Rijeka with an elevator in the beautiful district of Krimeja (Ulica Vlade Grozdanića 5), on the first floor. The studio is furnished with love, and has a hallway with wardrobe, a shower room and a living room with new kitchen, washing machine, desk/dining table, shoe and wardrobe, HD TV and a cozy queen size bed with medical 7-zone mattress. Other things to note Pots and pans are provided, but for hygienic reasons no oil or spices. Bed linens, towels and kitchen towels are sufficiently available. If required, room care can be booked.
