A few minutes from the Salmon River Reservoir, 20 minute drive to Salmon, trout, and bass fishing, swimming, and boating on the Salmon River, the reservoir and Lake Ontario. There are many area activities to enjoy, or you can relax at the cabin. The space FISHING, BOATING, HIKING, SIGHTSEEING...THIS LITTLE CABIN RETREAT CAN BE YOUR HOME BASE! Please read these details carefully, so that there won't be any surprises. This cabin will sleep four adults comfortably. There is room for three children, with approval. Is is a small,but beautifully designed and organized, woodland cabin. It has a sleeping loft and will accommodate up to seven people sleeping communally. There is a single bed, a double bed, and one double futon. It will most comfortably accommodate 4 people. There is cell service for only most carriers, no cable or WIFI. There are two TV/DVD players and a large collection of DVDs. There is LADDER access to the loft. This may not be suitable for young children or older guests. Guest access Guests will be the only ones occupaying the property. There is full access to gently explore the meadow, woods, and stream. Other things to note The house has a short set of stairs to get to the front porch. it is not wheelchair accessible. The steps/ladder to the loft are steep.
